Our EVS employee training keeps patients, visitors, and staff safe and healthy while creating positive human interactions. Our most effective training will always be hands-on, real-time training in each employee’s everyday work areas.

Our SafePersonnel Training Platform ensures that the training and re-training uses industry-standard protocols that we update regularly with new developments in the field. It can be accessed from any of our company-issued smart devices, allowing our staff to stay up-to-date through a straightforward platform. Employees must pass all required training courses within a specific timeframe, ensuring every team member can execute standard protocols and procedures successfully.

Each facility has a Safety Committee to lead our “Safety Matters!” program. This program is built around our “See it. Own it. Fix it.” motto and promotes a more thoughtful way of working by pausing to consider the hazards of each task and then acting to avoid those hazards. The facility manager leads a monthly Safety Talk, covering various topics relevant to the facility.
