HOW IT WORKS: At the start of each shift, EVS team members receive a work-issued device loaded with the SMART application. Every task is entered into the system so there is a clear record of what has been completed. The interface is simple to use, allowing staff to log their work quickly without disrupting service. Each entry automatically captures the employee’s name, location, and time, creating a reliable history of activity that can be reviewed at any time.
TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Facility leaders can see exactly what areas have been serviced, when they were last cleaned, and the results of supervisory inspections. All of this information is accessible through a secure online portal, giving both SMS Healthcare and your team an immediate view of daily operations. The system makes accountability part of the process, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
