Patient Experience Ambassadors
Our Patient Experience Ambassadors ask the right questions, listen well, and ensure that any EVS issue is addressed proactively.
Our specially trained Patient Experience Ambassadors help ensure the best possible hospital stay for your patients and guests. Also known as Patient Advocates or Patient Representatives, they visit patient rooms daily. After introducing themselves, our Ambassadors check on the patient’s hospital experience, perform a thorough room inspection, and ask what we can do to improve their stay.
This helps our EVS team exceed patient expectations, eliminate potential problems or concerns, and create the best opportunity for great HCAHPS Survey Scores. Furthermore, it allows our management team the chance to observe our employee performance and then proceed with any necessary follow-up training designed to prevent potential service issues in the future.
