Our career-minded EVS training begins at new hire orientation and continues throughout employment with hands-on training, daily job checklists, recurring safety training, and more.

Our deep-layered training program turns our team members into EVS experts. Our employees grow and advance their careers through new hire orientation, hands-on training, daily job checklists, safety training, recurring annual training, customer service training, uniform and appearance training, and more.

We deliver online training through videos and tests in our SafePersonnel portal. We also have a Monthly Training Topic, delivered in person by each onsite EVS Manager.

Our most important teaching is the hands-on training employees receive through detailed job responsibilities in their work zone. Employee growth happens when your trainers have done the tasks and thoroughly understand the training techniques and program.
